Mor fundraiser and showcase to promote non-violence will be September 13th.  The Honorable Mayor Nutter who  is often in the news promoting non-violence has been invited to speak.  MORe details to follow….

“There are many other prison ministries well known that has lots of money and resources who has never helped me like you have.  They come through and flood the prison with their Christian message of hope and that’s it.  They’ve never tried to help my situation financially knowing they could.  Just helping a person in a small situation can go a long ways to help that person have some hope.  You’re different from the rest Brother Omar because not only do you say you care but you try to show it by actually helping a person.  You put your love in action….   Ministers always tell us to pray and read the Bible and have faith in God.  Well all that’s good but what they fell to realize is they are God’s hands & feet and mouthpiece.  People see God through them and their actions.  We not only experience God’s love through His spirit, but we experience God’s love for us through others.”

MOR in Rhode Island and Connecticut June 20-22nd, 2008

MOR will be in RI and CT the weekend of June 20-22.  We are planning to perform in Bridgeport, CT and in New Haven, CT and also in Rhode Island at sites yet to be determined. 

MOR in Maine!!

Making Others Righteous will be at Long Creek Youth Detention Center in South Portland, ME Saturday, May 10th at 9 am!!……   We had a wonderful time in Maine.  We tried the lobster.  We saw the lighthouse.  And we had a wonderful performance with Omar, David, and Nicole all participating.

MOR Back in Chicago!!!

we will be in the Chicago Area April 10-13, 2008 doing it big for the Lord.

Headed to West Virginia (March 2008)

MOR is headed to Chick Buckbee Juvenile Saturday March 8th at 3pm. We look forward to our first performance in WV.

Book Released (Nov. 2007)!!!

The book CONFRONTATIONS by Adarrel Omar Fisher has been made available to the public. With a donation of $20 you will be sent a copy of the book. CONFRONTATIONS is a great story about the first four years of this prison ministry that is sure to inspire anyone who seeks to do the Lord’s work.

MOR goes to Delaware March 10th, 2007

By the grace of God and the work of Chaplain Shada Lowman we will be performing at the New Castle County Detention Center @ 6pm on March 10th. Myself and David Williams will be on the trip. Please keep us in your prayers.
